Why we built AYRA, what each of the three products actually does, and how a system that watches its own conversations, funnels, and campaigns learns to run any business with a funnel.
We run businesses. A premium fashion house that needed to grow profitably in a market where ad platforms grade their own homework. A manufacturing ecosystem trying to open fashion to first-time founders who have a dream, a day job, and no way in.
Both had the same bottleneck: operations that need a human awake. Someone to greet every visitor. Someone to answer at 2am. Someone to watch the ad spend, read the numbers honestly, follow up the lead, chase the payment. Founders drown in this — or pay agencies to do it badly.
So we built the employee we couldn't hire: a presence that speaks to every customer, sells end-to-end, runs the campaigns, and reports to the owner in plain language — commanded by voice. We ran our own companies on it first. Then we made it a product.
The name is the spec. Autonomous — it acts without being pushed: greets, sells, launches, follows up. Yield — it is measured on collected cash, not clicks, not platform-reported vanity. Review — and this is the unusual part — it observes its own performance and corrects itself.
AYRA runs both halves of a business:
The owner's interface is voice. Say it on your commute; it's done by lunch.
A voice manager that lives on your website. It greets each visitor the moment they arrive, connects as a person first, understands what they came for, builds desire, and takes payment — the whole sale, end-to-end, in one conversation. It follows a selling discipline: connection, then understanding, then a solution mirrored back in the visitor's own words, then the close. If the visitor leaves mid-payment and returns, it knows — and greets them with exactly the right script.
Solves: the 98% of visitors who leave websites unspoken-to, and the sales team you can't staff around the clock.
Pages that behave like showrooms, not brochures. The page tours the visitor scene by scene while AYRA narrates. As the conversation reveals facts — a name, a category, a timeline — a plan assembles on screen, in real time: the visitor literally watches their own project take shape. A journey rail shows them where they are; payment happens on the page; after payment, the page becomes their ignition board.
Solves: explanation. Nobody reads. Everybody watches their own story.
The yield engine behind the curtain. It runs advertising with a discipline most agencies won't accept: every decision made on collected cash — reported revenue corrected for attribution over-claiming and delivery failures. It audits the whole account before any money moves, hunts zombie spend, learns empirically how the ad platform's algorithm responds to changes on this account, and holds every recommendation to confidence thresholds. The owner keeps the only switch: nothing spends without a spoken confirmation.
Solves: the profit leak between what platforms claim and what banks receive.
Most software ships and stays the same. AYRA ships and starts watching — itself.
Every layer of the system feeds an observer, and the observer feeds change. These are not aspirations — they are running systems, and this is what they did in their first days:
Greet → understand → assemble their plan on screen → close → run the operations → observe → improve. That loop doesn't care what's being sold. Only the vocabulary changes:
| Industry | The conversation | The close | Back ops runs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fashion & D2C | Voice showroom; the visitor's collection assembles on screen | Payment, on the page | Ads on collected cash, repeat flywheel |
| Clinics & wellness | Explains treatments in plain language, triages needs | Consultation booked | Recall campaigns, review management |
| Real estate | Tours listings by voice, qualifies budget and intent | Site visit locked | Lead nurture, portal spend audit |
| Education | Counsels the applicant, matches programs | Enrollment started | Admissions funnel, seat-fill pacing |
| Hospitality | Sells the stay, personalizes the experience | Booking taken | OTA-vs-direct yield, review loops |
| SaaS & services | Demos itself, handles objections live | Subscription started | Trial nurture, churn watch |
In every row, the observer loop is identical: conversations audited, funnels watched, spend held to collected cash, the owner holding the only switch.
Sotbella — premium socialwear. AYRA runs the growth engine: server-side signal, full-account audits before any money decision, autonomous campaign verdicts on collected cash, and a voice ops room for leadership.
MakeYourLabel — a clothing-only manufacturing ecosystem for first-time founders. AYRA is the showroom manager: it speaks to every visitor, assembles their label plan on screen, and closes paid onboardings by voice. 50+ paying founder-clients and over $333,000 in orders flow through that ecosystem.
Principles we won't trade:
AYRA-in-a-Box is the same brain, shaped to your business — your voice, your funnel, your operations, your numbers. Deployed with you. Accountable to your collected cash. Observing itself from day one.
